there is currently a, seemingly, all time low for mortgage rates

Over the past several years, the housing market has been able to catch itself back a little, so to speak, as the low mortgage rates continue to assist in the redevelopment of the industry.

Thirty year mortgage rates reached a four month low in a Primary Mortgage Market Survey which was conducted by Freddie Mac.

The home sales index of The National Association of Realtors was recently released. This index was particularly based on signed contracts. It is now the seventh consecutive month of gains that has been shown in these recent times.
